Lynn Zorn - Chief Executive Officer
Starting with a strong background in the world of corporate design and furniture, Lynn was
exposed to the process of relocating businesses through the Ivan Allen Company and Burnham
Service Corporation. Establishing herself as an independent contractor, she spent the 1990’s
working with Wachovia Bank of Georgia as a Project Manager, Grady Memorial Hospital as a
Furniture Acquisition Manager, and SunTrust Bank in Facility Planning and Relocation Management.
After starting the relocation management unit for Carter & Associates and acting as a business
unit liaison on the BellSouth Atlanta Metro Plan, Lynn founded Business Relocation Services, LLC.
Combining her extensive furniture and design experience with many years of relocation management
gives Lynn an exceptional capability to focus on the details of any relocation project.
Her ability to interact with people also helps instill confidence in others and enhances the
relocation experience.

Paul Feyereisen - Chief Operating Officer
Twenty-seven years in the Army provided Paul with many opportunities to plan, organize, and execute
deployments from 10 to 10,000 people. Building on his experience in the Army, he was hired in 1995
by Draper & Associates as Project Manager for the 1996 Olympic Athlete Welcome and Processing Center
at Hartsfield International Airport. Following the Olympics, Paul joined the Corporate Real Estate
Office of SunTrust Banks, Inc. Working 5 and a half years with Facilities provided numerous
opportunities to maintain SunTrust properties and relocate SunTrust employees.
Paul’s experience working as a senior level manager provides him with the ability to plan and
organize complicated relocations. His ability to interact with people also helps instill confidence
in others and enhances the relocation experience.
